Bible Stories & Lessons

Children will learn about various stories and teachings from the Bible. These will include stories of heroes and prophets, parables of Jesus, and fundamental moral principles found in the Scriptures.

Values and Virtues

VBS emphasizes important values like love, kindness, forgiveness, honesty, and compassion. Children are encouraged to practice these virtues in their daily lives.

Prayer and Worship

Children will learn how to pray, express gratitude, and connect with their spirituality. They may also participate in worship songs and simple religious rituals.

Mystery Island VBS is to help children understand the concept of the one true God, recognize His unique characteristics, and learn how to develop a personal relationship with Him, Encourage children to ask questions and express their thoughts about God, discuss how understanding the one true God can impact daily behavior and decisions.

Each day, kids will learn more about one of God’s amazing attributes (great, almighty, ruler, Emmanuel, trustworthy) and how that applies to their lives.
